Employee Master Management
In employee master, the information regarding the employees can be entered and stored. Documents of an employee can also be attached against individual records which get stored in a separate FTP and can be retrieved from the Employee’s record. Further information related to an employee is separated into different sections like Public Information, Personal Information, Document Information, Time sheet settings and other HR Settings.
Employee Public Information
This including the official details of each and every employee in the company like, contact information, designation etc.
Employee Personal Information
Personal information details include birth, status, insurance, emirates id, driving license etc. of the employees.
Documents of the employees like, passport, insurance,visa, emirates id, labor card,driving license are recorded in document information.
This is a highlighted feature with reminders of the important document expiry of the Employees. The records in various dashboard sessions will be auto populated before 30 days of the expiry of various documents.
Companies who have different nationalities need this category, to record the details of the job visa regarding the particular employee. It is essential to maintain the track of the visa of every employees. We have developed this process in an easy manner and which could be viewed in the dashboard in case of any reminders.
Employees are recruited on the basis of certain contracts. Hence it’s to be maintain the records such as Wage and Salary Structure, Work Permit, Salary, Gratuity and Salary Increment Details. This will reflect in the Employee Due Summary with option to generate the End of Service Statement. Revision of Salary Procedure is also included.

Through Odoo it’s easy to evaluate the time spent by the employee to the particular task or project and how much time he/she worked as normal hours and Overtime hours. The details from the time sheets are integrate with the payroll so that we can provide extra payment for overtime workers very easily.
Tracking the daily expenses of employees is not that easy, whether it is travel expenses, office supplies, or any other employee’s expenditure, access all receipts and expense submissions from your expenses dashboard and create, validate or refuse them in just a click. No needs to keep separate bookkeeping for the expenses spend for the employees.
Different Leave types can be configure and the number of leaves for each type of Leaves for an employee can also be define accordingly. There will be setting to allow override of the leave limit or not and it will be link to the Payroll. Additionally we developed to record the details in separately according to the leave categories like leave requests, leave approval, employee resumptions, leave settlement computation.
Loan integration helps to manage Employee Loans by keeping the loan details like, loan request, loan approvals, repayment etc.. Meanwhile the EMI will be auto deduct from the Payroll as per the repayment plans. The Payment details will be auto fill as and when each month’s Payroll is been confirm and the balance amount will be update accordingly.
Flight ticket tracking
Most of the companies provide travel expenses for the employees. In addition, we have developed feature to store the ticket details of employee and expenses for the ticket/cash. Hence this will help to track the employee ticket history and its due dates.
A payroll is a company’s list of its employee’s records of their salaries, wages, bonuses, and with held taxes. Meanwhile company’s department that calculates and pays these. Identically it can be run on Individual Employees or a group of Employees or the whole company together and it is integrate with the loans of employee and automatic working days calculations, normal working hours, leave salary and the customized reports of payslip and payroll batches
This is a part of salary which receive by an employee from his/her employer for the services offered by the employee in the company,in addition to the salary. An employee may leave his job for various reasons, such as – retirement/superannuation, for a better job elsewhere, on being retrench or by way of voluntary retirement. Similarly we have developed an employee gratuity details for each employees in a company. It also includes the feature to keep track of employee’s salary increment history details.
